  • We want to contribute to measures that define whether racial equality measures  are working effectively to create fundamental change for black people.
  • We wish to create leaders in the equalities policy space to work with stakeholders and produce compelling, impactful research.
  • We  seek to facilitate proactive discourse around the aspirations and needs of black people and other communities ofinterest.
  • We seek to politically and civically educate communities to co-create the changes we wish to see
  • We want to be part of the process of building self-empathy and self-validation in black families and communities.
